We have been so busy with work and home renovations. Had just enough time to try to battle the squirrels for feast on my tomatoes and eggplants and the leaf footed bugs that eat the tomatoes and artichokes. I have let several of the artichokes blossom since I can't really cook them right now without a kitchen but I am saving up tomatoes to make some pasta or salsa.
We have some radishes, beets, carrots and peas this winter. I planted Stawberries as well and they are starting to bud and a few new fruit. Tomatoes, eggplants, onions, and some peppers have also been planted.
We have a huge crop of summer squash and some of the winter squash is really taking over (butternut and acorn.)
We put in beans, cucumber, corn, eggplant and some other stuff a little later now that it is cooling off. The cucumber and corn is really coming in quickly. I don't know if we will get a ton out this year, but I had the seeds and it is a good experiment for this year.
